Special education covers people who have been diagnosed with learning disabilities, communication disorders, emotional and behavioral disorders (such as ADHD), developmental disorders (autism spectrum disorders such as autism, Asperger syndrome and mental disorders). Special education is an attempt for the child to integrate into society as an independent and productive member. Special education includes everything that is offered to the child and has a supporting role, something that should be given in the school context and throughout the school life of the child.
